We all want to make the most of our waking life and yet we spend so much time asleep! The maths is easy: based on the average person sleeping 8 hours a night, that’s one-third of a day in dreamland. The average person, like you, dreams 4-7 times during an eight-hour sleep.

You are probably sleeping for about a third of your life…

Let’s put this another away, according to the United Nations World Population Prospects 2015, the average lifespan of a human is 70 years*.

That means you are probably going to sleep for around 23 years of your life – give or take (and that’s about 33,580-58,765 dreams in your lifetime!).

So doesn’t it seem like a good idea to make that time ‘work’ for you?

That makes about 33,580-58,765 opportunities to make waking life easier for yourself. Seems a bit of a no-brainer right?
